If you like work well done, have fun with data from digital marketing, are innovative and creative, and follow current and future trends, the Digital Content and Social Media Coordinator position is for you. In addition to contributing to the implementation of effective digital strategies and feeding social platforms for the agency's clients, you will assume several responsibilities.

Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement social media strategies and goals across Canada and the United States of America;
  • Update effective and efficient content calendars, write unique content in French and English to animate online communities for our various clients;
  • Ensure efficient community management for the agency's clients;
  • Support the design team in the development of multimedia material;
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Identify credible influencers for the agency's clients' campaigns;
  • Provide TTBA clients with performance reports on a regular basis;
  • Coordinate ongoing editorial and influencer marketing projects;
  • Implement online paid media campaigns to build client reputation through public messaging;
  • Contribute to the agency's business development by showing a keen interest in market trends and business opportunities on various social platforms.


  • The candidate has a university degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other related discipline; Professional experience in the field may be an equivalent;
  • The candidate has strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English;
  • Strong knowledge of various social platforms;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Graphic design skills;
  • Strong interest and knowledge of research, analysis and performance measurement;
  • Experience working in an agency setting;
  • Interest in video editing (an asset).
