Poulet Rouge approached our team in the summer of 2018, back when the franchise had 4 locations around Montreal and 1 in Quebec city. The primary focus of our mandate has been to build brand notoriety and recognition across the addressable market. Moussa, founder and CEO of Poulet Rouge was looking for a marketing team that could provide a turn-key digital marketing solution for their business. From strategic planning to social media, advertising and web design, TTBA has been in close partnership with Poulet Rouge's internal team throughout their growth and expansion. Counting over 15 locations across Quebec and Ontario, we have continuously adapted our team to fit Poulet Rouge's growing and changing needs. Here's a short summary of our achievements:

Poulet Rouge is one of our oldest clients. We have been working with the brand since June 2018 and we have grown a lot since then. We started our mandate when the company had only 2 locations and today, the company has a total of 13 franchisees. When Moussa, the CEO of the company first contacted us, he was looking for the right marketing partner who could give him the best advice and ROI. Initially our main obtectives were to: Increase awarness, penetrate the Quebec market and generate more revenue.
